Oh! I like your design better. There is an «added» section. I thought it looked like the lower part, that covers the arms was add after the front & back sections were finished. When I saw the diagram it does look the way. Am I reading the diagram correctly? If so, this is good because frequently a poncho is long in front and back with the part covering the arms much shorter.
