I'm confused!!! I know it is a translation, but which Technique is used here? Is this Tunisian Crochet? I have indicated the words that I do not understand.
Front sight on the seamy field., 1-3 out., Yarn, one reshoot without knitting.
2-1 nak., A loop with a crochet reshoot., 3 persons.
3-3 out., 1 nak., A loop with two nak. reversnim.,
4-1 nak., A loop with three nak. reversnim., 3 persons.

Ah ha! Anything you would want! Right? I knew, I just knew, the front would be plain. How common. Male a fancy front to go with the fancy back. Unique way to use edging.
Not really '90's fashion. Just what one likes fashion. I never saw anyone drest in that style in the 90's. My mom has Dress Patterns from the 1930's which use this style. The magazine may have gotten the idea from there. I like it though.
Ah… My favorite… The Classic Shell Stitch. I made a baby blanket using this Stitch Pattern in a Light Slate Gray, then used a Baby Pink color to trim each shell in Picots.
