Oh. Forgot to say, family is just far enough away that we don't quite talk everyday. But I understand.

I live in California, right smack in the middle of Los Angeles. Well, maybe a little to the west, but the bus stop nearby takes me to the beach or to the mountains any day!

Well, since I Crochet only, I suppose it is unnecessary for me to understand this. However, at one point you wrote:
Sprout height = neck girth / 6-1 cm Sprout
? 6-1 cm? (? From 6 cm down to 1 cm ?) Smaller? Less?
I see the bottom diagram, Something is getting smaller.
